Tournament Overview
Kick for a Cause is designed to be an accessible and exciting small-sided soccer experience for players of all ages and skill levels. Whether your team is made up of friends, classmates, club teammates, or family members, this event is built to create a fun day of competition and community impact.
Teams will compete in a 5v5 format with four field players and one keeper, and every team is guaranteed at least four games. The event is open to boys, girls, and adult divisions from 2018 birth year through adult, with roster sizes up to 10 players.
Registration is flexible for families and team organizers: anyone can register a team, rosters and waivers can be completed through Exposure, and teams may add players up until one day before the event. Check-in begins 30 minutes before each team’s first scheduled game.

- Proof of age: Player cards, birth certificates, passports, school IDs, or team rosters are accepted.
- Waivers & rosters: Must be completed through Exposure no later than one day prior to the event.
- Field size: Approximately 30 yards by 40 yards.
- Goals: 6x12 feet Bownet goals.
