How it works.

Three simple steps. Confidential from start to finish.

Email us

Click the button below — your email opens with all the right fields. Just fill them in and send. Takes about 2 minutes.

We check inventory

Our team reviews your request and matches it with what we have on hand. Availability depends on current donations.

We follow up

Within 3–5 days, we'll reach out to coordinate pickup or mailing. If we can't help right now, we'll let you know that too.

You must be 18 or older to request cleats — whether they're for you or for a player you're helping. If the cleats are for a player under 18, the request must come from a parent, legal guardian, coach, teacher, or other adult on the player's behalf — not from the player themselves. We can't always match exact brand or model, but we'll do our best on size and type.
If they don't fit: Just let us know. We'll work with you to swap for a different pair if we have one, or arrange to get them back so another player can use them. No stress either way.
