Good to know
Where is the air pitch?
At the Great Neck Pitch, 1020 General Jackson Drive, Virginia Beach, VA 23454, on the grounds of Great Neck Baptist Church. It's private property, so it's open only for booked events and FTP programs. Get directions
How long is a booking?
90 minutes total, including play time and party time at the picnic table. Want more? Add extra time for $50 per 30 minutes.
How many players can play?
Every booking covers up to 20 players. Birthday parties are capped at 20, and group events can add more players for $10 each. The air pitch plays 3v3 or 5v5, and teams rotate on and off so everyone gets plenty of time to play.
What's included?
The air pitch inflated and ready when your group arrives, pinnies, soccer balls, rain backup dates you choose, and an FTP staff member on site to help with the equipment.
What should we bring?
Your own birthday treats, snacks, food, and plenty of water. There's a covered picnic table and a playground on site.
Are there restrooms?
Yes. Restrooms are inside the church, and an FTP staff member walks players in to use them.
Will FTP run the games?
Our staff member is there to help with the equipment, not to run games or manage your event. You can add a host for $75 ($325 total). Your host greets guests and checks players in, leads a warm-up, sets up teams and runs the games, keeps everyone rotating, and stays with your group the whole time.
What if the weather is bad?
If it rains, you pick your rain backup dates and we'll do our best to accommodate them, so a rainy day doesn't mean losing your event.
Do players need to sign anything?
Yes. Every player completes a quick FTP waiver online before the event. Once your booking is confirmed, we'll send you a waiver link to share with your guests. Please have waivers done at least 24 hours before your event. Players without a waiver can't play.
