How It Works

⚽ How Schools Get Goals

1

📩 Nominate & Approve

Schools or community sites are nominated, approved, and added to our project list with their own fundraising page.

2

🤝 Raise Support

We partner with families, neighbors, nonprofits, and sponsors to raise support. Every donation matters.

3

📝 Agreement & Purchase

Once the simple MOU is signed, we purchase and deliver goals at our nonprofit partner rate.

4

🎉 Celebrate & Play

After installation, schools host a kickoff event with students, staff, and families.

⏯️ Play & Pause Days

Teachers use Goal Cards—laminated, easy-to-use activity guides—for 10–15 minutes of soccer play paired with 2–3 minutes of mindfulness.

7

👨‍👩‍👧 Family Wellness Events

After-school events with small-sided games, wellness stations, and local resource tables. Funded by Event Partners.

8

📊 Track & Share Impact

We collect participation data and feedback, then share results with schools, families, and funders.

9

➡️ Sustain & Expand

With staff input, we refine activities, set a maintenance plan, and expand to more schools and community sites.

Play & Pause Ages 6–12

Circle Multi-Pass + Teammate Echo

High-energy passing with multiple inside players and balls, followed by a quick group rhythm reset.

  • Equipment: 2–3 balls, 8–12 cones, optional pinnies.
  • Setup: Groups of 8–12; 2–3 players inside a marked circle; 2–3 balls moving at once.
  • Play: Inside players receive and return to different outside players; constant movement and eye contact. Rotate inside roles every 60–90s.
Pause — Teammate Echo: Circle up, lead a 3-beat rhythm (clap-tap-snap), echo twice, then slow into breathing together. Ask: “What helped you focus when it got fast?”
Play or Transition Pairs

Head or Catch

Partner game that builds listening and self-control—great as a PE drill or return-to-class activity.

  • Equipment: One soft, easy-to-catch ball per pair.
  • How to Play: Partner A tosses and calls “Head” or “Catch.” Rule is the opposite: if “Head,” partner catches; if “Catch,” partner taps ball to forehead (or hands-to-forehead).
  • Switch: Trade roles every 5–8 tosses. Keep tosses light and controlled.
Safety: Soft balls only; lots of space between pairs. Variations: silent signal, speed round. Finish with three slow breaths at heart level.
